mocomoco Adds Proofreading and Editing Feature (Beta) to High-Performance Speech Recognition AI 'mocoVoice API'!

mocomoco Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of a new proofreading and editing feature (beta)  to our high-performance speech recognition AI, "mocoVoice API". With this feature, it is now possible not only to transcribe audio data into text but also to automatically format the recognized sentences into grammatically accurate and highly readable forms.

<Features of the New Function>

  • Providing Highly Accurate Text through Automatic Grammar Proofreading!

    AI checks the grammar and expressions of the transcribed text and makes appropriate corrections. It also handles issues specific to Japanese, such as inserting punctuation and correcting honorific expressions.

  • Unifying Technical Terms and Orthographical Variants with Editing Functions!

    Proper nouns and industry-specific technical terms are automatically checked and verified against pre-registered dictionary data. This prevents orthographical variants and misuses.

  • Multilingual Proofreading and Editing!

    Leveraging the support for over 99 languages, which is a key feature of the mocoVoice API, we achieve appropriate proofreading and editing for major languages such as Japanese and English. In particular, it can perfectly handle sentences where Japanese and English are mixed.

In the next update, we plan to provide a translation feature. In particular, we aim to deliver highly accurate translation services for bidirectional translation between "Japanese to English" and "English to Japanese."
